Refund Policy

At Skyview Developers, we are committed to delivering high-quality renovation services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds for deposits and payments made for services.
1. Deposits
• A deposit is required to secure your renovation project. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.
• If the project is canceled by the client before the commencement of work, Skyview Developers may, at its discretion, refund a portion of the deposit, minus administrative and preparatory costs incurred.
2. Payments
• Payments for completed services are final and non-refundable.
• If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, we will work with you to address
concerns as per the terms of the warranty outlined in your contract.
3. Cancellations
• For cancellations after work has begun, any refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed, less the cost of materials and labor used up to the point of cancellation.
• Administrative and permit fees are non-refundable.
4. Changes to the Project
• Changes made to the scope of work after the project has started may affect the cost and payment schedule. Any additional costs due to changes will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Refund Process
• If a refund is approved, we will process it within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding payments or refunds, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
